Leave the noise behind.Hear yourself again.
Retreats aren't about becoming a different person. They're about having enough space and silence to hear the one you already are.
The weekend
Intimate, unhurried, and never corporate.
Twenty women at most. Cabins in the pines outside Flagstaff, Prescott, and Sedona. A loose schedule pinned to the kitchen wall that you are free to ignore entirely.
There are no name-tag icebreakers, no motivational keynotes, and no one tracking whether you came down for breakfast.
Come tired. That is rather the point.
- 01Morning coffee beneath pine trees.
- 02Yoga while the sun comes up over the rim.
- 03Long hikes, at whatever pace you have.
- 04Cooking dinner together, badly and happily.
- 05Sitting beside a fire until it burns low.
- 06Laughing until midnight.
- 07Meditation, if you want it.
- 08Journaling with nobody reading over your shoulder.
- 09Doing absolutely nothing at all.

four times a year
Spring in the canyons. Summer under the pines. Autumn by the creek. Winter beside the fire.

Registration
Members are invited first.
Underground Members receive priority registration, member pricing, and the retreat details before they are shared anywhere else. Spaces are small on purpose.
